Wow, very interesting thoughts about slow-burn! You've prompted me to think that maybe it's not slow-burn that I like per say, but that I like when a story is well plotted enough to keep the tension in a relationship for a long time. But I really don't like slow burn just for the sake of it, or when characters are just bad at communicating!
