That is so many projects :D Very cool!! I'd love to read more about how you end up managing your author newsletter :D (I'm not sure if you're aware of getyourwordsout as well? A couple of people mentioned on the comm they'd like to talk more about growing their newsletter/patreon subscribers etc. If the goal aspect of the comm appeals, maybe it'd potentially be a way to meet like-minded people too!)
