I'm grabbing this tag game from tumblr, where I was tagged by a couple of friends ^-^

Rules: Make a new post with the names of all the files in your WIP folder, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous. Tag as many people as you have WIPs. People can send an ask with the title(s) that most intrigue them, then you post a snippet or tell them about it!

I used this as an excuse to pare-down my WIP list, something I've meant to do since the beginning of the year. It's err. Still sizeable lol, so here I've made a shorter selection featuring stories I do have more material for and/or hope to be able to finish in 2026. Though honestly, this year I'll be more about drabbles/short form/prompts and inspiration as it comes than about WIPs.

I talked about Five Women a little bit here on tumblr, but here I'll say a little bit about each of the five women. Without saying their names, but some might be easy to guess xD

-The one that breaks the barrier is someone on the team, someone Cass clashes with. The borderline hate-sex hookup DOES get kinky in a waaaaaay under-negotiated manner that leaves Cass floundering but nonetheless ~awakens something in her ñaldkf.

-Another one is with a friend, someone she connects very easily with, who gets her and makes her feel good about herself and who she can have FUN with.

-Another is with a partner, an ally, a rock. It's a messy situation with third people involved that could get difficult to navigate, but it's also something that brings them closer.

-One is with an ongoing thorn on her side, someone who drives her a little insane and she feels insatiable curiosity for, who introduces her to a whole new world and becomes both lover and teacher.

-One is someone younger, troubled, that Cass can become that for.
